Maintenance Joiner

The Council is recruiting for a joiner / multitrader You will be joining or empty homes (Voids) team and helping us to turn around empty properties quickly and at a high standard to be available for our residents to move into quickly. Good carpentry skills are essential from hanging doors to fitting complete kitchens. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate basic plumbing skills and be able to carry out wall tiling. The successful candidate must have their own tools a van will be provided for there use whilst working.
